 All ticket sales are final; no refunds, credits, or exchanges unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, most fees are non-refundable.

All patrons, regardless of age, require a ticket to enter the venue – this includes children who may not be occupying a seat.

Order by phone is available for shows sold through The Palace Theatre Box Office during standard box office hours (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, with some holiday variations); please have payment information ready (All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). For certain performances, advance phone sales end three (3) hours prior to showtime.

Delivery Methods

Email – Tickets are sent immediately accompanying the confirmation email as an attachment; please be sure to check any and all spam/junk folders if you do not see the email in your inbox. Emailed tickets can either be printed or shown on a mobile device.

Mail ($2 per order) – Tickets are sent via USPS to the address provided at the time of your purchase; please allow up to three weeks for receipt of your tickets.

Instructions for Online Ticket Purchases

Buying Tickets Online is Easy!
  • 1Find Your Event

    Click on the "BUY NOW" or "BUY" buttons, usually found on the event’s information page.
  • 2Select Your Seats

    Click on the seating chart or use the seat section links on the right side of the page (organized by pricing tier).
    Choose specific seats from the detailed seating chart. A summary of your selections, including seat details and pricing, will appear.
  • 3ADA Seating

    If you require ADA seating, look for the wheelchair icon (indicating accessible seating) and the “C” icon (for companion seats next to accessible locations). When selecting ADA seats, you must acknowledge and accept the terms for this accommodation.
  • 4Obstructed View Seats

    Seats marked with a white circle or diamond indicate a potentially obstructed view. If selecting these seats, you must acknowledge and accept the terms for the obstructed view.
  • 5Review Your Selections

    Once all seats have been selected, click "Next" to proceed to the checkout. Note that a 10-minute countdown will begin, giving you time to complete your order.
    On the checkout page, review all order details, including event date, time, venue, artist information, seat locations, ticket policies, and grand total. Click "See Details" on the left to view or hide this information.
  • 6Choose Your Delivery Method

    Select your delivery preference (email or mail) from the dropdown menu, then click "Next" to continue to the donation section.
  • 7Optional Donation

    On the donation page, you can choose to make a tax-deductible donation. Enter your donation amount and click "Next" to move to the discounts section.
  • 8Apply Discounts

    On the discounts page, enter any applicable discount codes and click "Apply." (Note: Gift cards should be entered on the payment page, not in the discount field.) You can review your order details again by clicking "See Details." Click "Next" to proceed to the contact information page.
  • 9Enter Contact Information

    Provide your contact details and agree to the terms and conditions. You can also choose to ship tickets to a different address or sign up for event announcements via email. Click "Next" to proceed to the payment page.
  • 10Complete Your Purchase

    If paying by credit/debit card, click "Enter Payment" to input your card details, then click "Complete Payment" to finish your order. Credit card charges will appear as: WCT-PALACE-GGCC
    If using a gift card, click "Use Gift Card," enter your gift card number, and check the balance. Click "Yes" to apply the gift card credit, which will submit your order.
