The Summer Market Season runs every Sunday from June 8 – October 19, 2025, outdoors at the Greensburg Garden & Civic Center Lawn (moves indoors for weather). The Indoor Market season runs from November 2025-May 2026 and is held on ONE sunday per month. Vendors can apply for the full season (all 27 markets for $250), half season (14 markets of your choice for $125), or individual dates ($25 per market). Full and half-season payments are due March 28, 2025, and individual market payments are due one week before the selected date. Vendors must arrive to set up one hour before outdoor markets and 30 minutes before indoor markets.

HALF SEASON VENDOR APPLICATION (free to apply)

You are applying for a half season (14 markets) of the 2025-2026 markets. Submitting an application does not guarantee a space, as all applications will be reviewed. If accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. The fee for the half season is $125 (non-refundable), which includes a $15 discount for attending 14 markets (first half of season, or second half of season) from the full schedule. Payment is due by February 28, 2025, and must be paid in full to receive the discount. Do not submit payment until you have been approved.     Vendors selling food, beverages, or products intended for ingestion or skin application (including baked goods, sauces, skincare, and body care, etc.) are required to provide proof of liability insurance and comply with all applicable local, state, and health regulations. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure all necessary permits and certifications are in place before participating in the market.
